  3. Prepare 1/3 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut.
  4. Prepare 1/3 cup of raw honey or agave nectar.
  5. It’s 1/3 cup of ground flaxseed.
  6. Prepare 3 tbs of unsweetened cocoa powder.
  7. Prepare 2 tbs of brewer's yeast.
  8. Prepare 1 pinch of salt.
  9. It’s 1 dash of pure vanilla extract.
