Schzewan Vegetable dumplings step by step
- Take a bowl and add all the vegetables from the ingredients list. Mix them well..
- Add cornflour and all purpose flour/maida. Mix well..
- Then add salt and pepper as per requirement. But dont add too much pepper..
- Mix all the ingredients well for the vegetable dumplings and add a little oil on your hands to make a dumpling balls. Dont add any water in the mixture..
- Note: if you dont add oil in your hands, while making dumplings, the mixture will stick on your hands and it will be difficult to make a proper dumpling ball..
- Heat oil in frying pan and fry the dumplings. And set aside on one plate after frying..
